Introduction

With experience from Parsons School of Design, Peter Speliopoulos now applies his passion for craft to contemporary, hand-stained leather table accessories. His desire to present a balance between primitive and contemporary worlds is at the heart of everything he does, creating pieces thatll provoke the senses and stir up conversations about the past, present and future. These leather napkin rings are constructed in Umbria, Italy, finished with a water-repellent coating for effortless cleaning, and formed into four shapes: a circle, triangle, oval and square. Note how each piece has an organic, natural quality with slight variations that lend a soft, subtle patina.
